Cars from Korea to Belarus

It can be moved — within the EAEU a car travels between member states. But it no longer saves money: since 1 April 2026 the recycling fee is topped up to Russian rates on registration in Russia. The whole scheme used to rest on that rate gap, and the gap is gone. If the car is for Russia, shipping directly via Vladivostok is cheaper and simpler.

Busan → Vladivostok by sea, then transit across Russia to the Belarusian customs post in Brest or Minsk. We no longer offer the western route via Finnish and Baltic ports: that corridor for cars into Belarus and Russia is closed. Transit timing is approximate — it depends on rail load and the carrier partner.

In Minsk, Brest or Grodno — by arrangement. Delivery by car carrier to the client in any city in Belarus is possible.

Yes. Minsk has official Hyundai and Kia dealers. BMW and Mercedes are serviced at official dealers and large independent services.

The Belarusian customs declaration, the sale contract, invoice, bill of lading (BL) and the export certificate from Korea. After registration — a Belarusian vehicle passport.
