Personal data processing policy

1. Operator

The personal data operator is KR EXPORT MOTORS CO., Ltd. (케이알엑스포트모터스(주)), company registration number 131411-0060121, tax number 480-87-03709, address: 232 Sandan-ro, Danwon-gu, 9F room 932, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, 15433, Republic of Korea. 2. Where data is processed

The operator is registered in the Republic of Korea, and processing takes place on its side — that is, outside the Russian Federation. By submitting the form you agree to your data being transferred to the operator in the Republic of Korea. The website hosting and web analytics are located in the Russian Federation.

3. What data is collected

Through the request form — only what you enter yourself:

• name, as you provided it;
• phone number or Telegram username;
• destination country;
• preferred make and model — an optional field;
• budget range.

Automatically, together with the request:

• the address of the page the form was sent from;
• UTM parameters, if you arrived via an ad link;
• the date and time of the request.

We do not request or collect passport details, health data, biometrics or any other special category of personal data. The form is not intended for anyone under 18.

4. Purposes of processing

• to contact you about your request and answer your question;
• to source a car and prepare a cost estimate;
• to perform the contract, should one be concluded;
• to improve the website based on anonymised visit statistics.

5. Legal basis

The consent of the data subject, which you give by ticking the corresponding box before submitting the form. Without the tick the form is not submitted. Consent can be withdrawn at any time — see “Your rights”.

6. Yandex Metrica and cookies

The site uses Yandex Metrica, a web analytics service that processes data within the Russian Federation. Metrica stores cookies in your browser and records anonymised statistics of visits and on-page actions, including session replay. This data is used to assess site usability, not to identify individuals. You can stop the collection through your browser — by blocking cookies for this site or using private browsing. Google analytics is not used on this site.

7. Retention periods

Request data is kept until the purpose of processing is achieved, and no longer than three years from the request; where a contract is concluded, for the statutory retention period for transaction records. Data is deleted sooner if you withdraw consent. Metrica cookies are stored in your browser according to its settings.

8. Data protection

Access to requests is limited to the staff who need it to handle the enquiry. Data is transmitted from the site over a secure HTTPS connection. Data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for marketing.

9. Your rights as a data subject

• obtain confirmation that processing takes place, and information about it;
• have your data corrected, blocked or deleted if it is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate or processed unlawfully;
• withdraw your consent to processing;
• appeal the operator's actions to the competent data protection authority or in court.

To exercise any of these rights, write to krexportmotors@gmail.com. Include the name and contact you used in the request — otherwise we cannot locate it. We reply within thirty days. On your request processing stops and the data is deleted, except where the law requires it to be kept.

10. Changes to this policy

The current version is always published on this page, with the effective date shown at the top. Material changes take effect upon publication.
