Consent to personal data processing

By ticking “I consent to the processing of my personal data” and submitting a form on export-motors.com, I, the data subject, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, consent to the operator — KR EXPORT MOTORS CO., Ltd. (케이알엑스포트모터스(주)), registration number 131411-0060121, address: 232 Sandan-ro, Danwon-gu, 9F room 932, Ansan-si, Gyeonggi-do, 15433, Republic of Korea — processing my personal data.

The data covered by this consent: name; phone number or Telegram username; destination country; preferred car make and model; budget range; the address of the page the form was sent from; UTM parameters; the date and time of the request.

Purposes of processing: contacting me about my enquiry, sourcing a car and preparing a cost estimate, and performing the contract should one be concluded.

Actions covered: collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, rectification (updating, amendment), retrieval, use, transfer to the operator, deletion and destruction. Processing is carried out both with and without the use of automation.

I am informed that the operator is registered in the Republic of Korea, and I consent to the listed data being transferred to the operator outside the Russian Federation, to the Republic of Korea, for the purposes stated above.

This consent remains valid until the purposes of processing are achieved or until it is withdrawn. I may withdraw it at any time by writing to krexportmotors@gmail.com. After withdrawal processing stops and the data is deleted, except where retention is required by law.
