For a mainstream model under 160 hp, usually from RUB 2.5 million including every payment. A car above 160 hp or from 3.0 litres loses the reduced recycling fee, and that line alone adds RUB 0.4–3.2 million. Enter your parameters in the calculator above and it breaks the total down by item.

The auction lot price, sea freight to the destination port, customs duty, excise and VAT for companies, the customs processing fee and the recycling fee. It does not include broker fees, bonded warehouse charges, laboratory testing, SBKTS, EPTS, insurance, inland delivery from the port, or registration.

An individual importing for personal use pays the unified rate (CTT), which already covers all customs payments — excise and VAT are not added on top. A company pays duty under the EAEU Common Customs Tariff, plus excise per horsepower, plus 20% VAT, and never qualifies for the reduced recycling fee whatever the car's specification.

It is the cut-off for the reduced recycling fee from 1 January 2026. At 160 hp or below, with displacement under 3.0 litres, an individual pays RUB 3,400 or RUB 5,200. Above the threshold the rate comes from the full table — RUB 400,000 to 3,200,000. A single horsepower over the line can cost more than a million roubles.

Two to seven working days after the car reaches the port: unloading to the bonded warehouse, the broker filing the declaration against the bill of lading, payment, release. Laboratory testing plus SBKTS and EPTS paperwork follow and take a few more days. End to end, from choosing the car to handover, is usually 25–45 days.

The items set by regulation — duty, excise, VAT, the customs fee and the recycling fee — are calculated exactly against the 2026 rates in force. The range comes from the auction price, which depends on the specific lot, its condition and the bidding. Your manager fixes the final figure once a lot is chosen.

The official Central Bank of Russia rate, fetched automatically and refreshed every four hours. The rate used is shown under the result. Payments to the budget are calculated at the rate on the declaration date, so a sharp currency move can shift the final figure slightly.
