Car Delivery from Korea to Moscow
Moscow is the largest and at the same time the most demanding market for Korean cars in Russia. We bring the full range here — from the Hyundai Palisade and Kia Carnival to the Genesis G90 and BMW M Series. Clearance goes through the Moscow region's customs: since 1 April 2026 clearing in Belarus or Kazakhstan no longer saves anything on a car that will be registered in Russia — the recycling fee is topped up to Russian rates.
How the delivery works
Purchase and paperwork in Korea
Once the car is chosen at auction or from a dealer — purchase, export certificate, transfer to our yard in Ansan.
Loading at the port of Busan or Incheon
We file the export documents, book a spot on the next RoRo / container sailing and prepare the customs declaration.
Sea freight to a Russian port
Busan → Vladivostok is the shortest sea crossing from Korea, with no transshipment. The car is then received at the bonded warehouse in Vladivostok.
Customs clearance
Declaration under HS code 8703, payment of duty, excise and VAT, and the recycling fee. We prepare the full document package; filing and payments go through a customs broker under a direct contract with you.
Delivery across Russia to Moscow
Car carrier or rail from the arrival port to Moscow, handled by partner carriers — timing is approximate. Handover at one of several convenient points: the south-east of the city, Leningradskoye Highway or Novaya Riga.

Turnkey in Moscow: an average 2023 Hyundai Palisade — from $40,000–$48,000, a BMW X5 — from $75,000–$90,000, a Genesis GV80 — from $60,000–$75,000. Of that, $4,000–$8,000 covers logistics, customs clearance and the recycling fee. An exact quote follows once a specific VIN is chosen.
Busan → Vladivostok by sea, customs clearance, then a rail platform or car carrier to Moscow — some 9,100 km. We no longer offer the Baltic route via Kotka and Helsinki: that corridor for cars into Russia is closed. Timing on the final leg is approximate — it depends on schedules and the carrier partner.
In most cases — at the Central Excise Customs posts and bonded warehouses around Moscow (Vidnoye, Zelenograd, Kotelniki). For specific cases (electric cars, sports cars) — at specialised posts. We prepare all the documents and handle everything through our own customs broker.
For a car with a 3.0–3.5 L engine over 3 years old — around 970,000 rubles (private individual) or 1,500,000–3,200,000 rubles (legal entity, depending on engine size and year). For cars under 3 years old — around 5,200 rubles. The exact amount depends on the owner category and the car's specifications.
Yes. Handover is usually at one of 3–4 points: Vidnoye (south-east, near the MKAD), Zelenograd (Leningradskoye Highway), Krasnogorsk (Novaya Riga) or Kotelniki. You pick the convenient one and we bring the car there.
Hyundai, Kia — servicing at official dealers (with caveats on the warranty — it's a dealer warranty, not a factory one). Genesis — at independent services or Hyundai centres (the platform is shared). BMW, Mercedes — no problem at official dealers and large independent services.
Full package: sales contract, certified export certificate, invoice, BL (bill of lading), inspection report with photos, service history from the Korean dealer system. All documents are delivered electronically within 24 hours of payment.
Yes. We provide a detailed photo report (40–60 photos), a video walk-around with engine start and systems check, plus a live video call with our manager directly from the lot. On request — independent inspection from a partner service in Korea.
